Welcome to another Simple Pleasures party. As you may or may not know, The Man and I are on an extended road trip. That generally means I'm offline a lot more than online, because there are so many other things catching my attention. But taking time to host this party is something I enjoy doing, and as long as I enjoy doing it, let's keep this party going. I may be longer getting around to visit with you, but don't give up on me. I look forward to seeing what you've been up to. If you're new here, please read the guidelines before linking up.
Although I don't consider myself an obsessed scrapbooker, I do enjoy the process on a smaller scale. But lately I've struggled to get caught up, so I finally stopped trying and surrendered to the fact that I was behind. Way behind! Like a year behind! So I determined that this trip would help me get caught up.
One of the things I enjoy about traveling are the days when we have no plans and just take it easy. On such days, I drag out my scrapbooking tools and get busy, and it's especially nice when we find ourselves in a place where the temperatures are so pleasant that I can take my stuff outdoors. Such was the case last week in Utah. Scrapbooking outdoors. It's my simple pleasure this week, and I hope to do a lot more of it before heading home sometime in September.
What simple pleasure are you celebrating this week?
